The terminal at Charleston Airport is a single, spacious building with two main concourses (A and B) connected by a central atrium. Ticket counters are to the right, while arrivals, baggage claim, rental cars, and the food court are to the left.

After clearing security, passengers can access either Concourse A or B. Concourse A (gates A1–A5) is primarily used by Delta Air Lines, while Concourse B (gates B1–B10) serves American, JetBlue, Southwest, and United, and handles both domestic and international arrivals. Both concourses are linked airside by a walkway, so transferring between gates is straightforward.
